FAQ
Everything you need to know.
Skill levels, equipment, deposits, weather, what's included. The honest version.
01What experience level do I need?+
Each trip lists a clear skill level. Most disciplines have entry-level options. If you're unsure, message us — we'll match you to the right week.
02What's included in the price?+
Guiding, group equipment, route planning, and local logistics. Accommodation and lift passes vary by trip — listed transparently on each trip page.
03How does booking work?+
Send an inquiry or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, you place a 30% deposit, and we handle the rest.
04Can you arrange equipment?+
Yes. Climbing hardware is included; we can arrange skis, splitboards, and avalanche kit through our local partners.
05What if the weather is bad?+
Our guides are locals — they know the alternatives. Most trips have backup objectives, and we never run anything that's unsafe.
06Do you cater to solo travelers?+
Most of our crew arrive solo. Small groups (max 6) make it easy to meet the tribe.
07How fit do I need to be?+
Trip-dependent. Climbing weeks are accessible to recreational climbers; freeride and touring weeks need solid mountain fitness.
08What is the cancellation policy?+
Full refund up to 60 days before the trip; 50% up to 30 days; deposit retained inside 30 days. Weather-related cancellations are rebooked free.
